Es geht darum, dass man in der Strafanstalt Lenzburg jetzt Flachbildschirme mit Digital-TV angeschafft hat. Dies sei ein Skandal. Doch sollte man das nicht mal n\u00fcchtern betrachten?<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst ist digitales Fernsehen kein Luxus sondern geh\u00f6rt schlicht zum Standard, so ist es zumindest fast \u00fcberall in Europa. Diese Strafanstalt hat also f\u00fcr einen Neubau f\u00fcr die neuen Zellen Fernseher angeschafft. Es ist wohl logisch, dass man Flachbildschirme kauft, es gibt ja gar nichts anderes mehr. Preislich kosten diese auch nicht mehr viel. Ein Flat-TV war vielleicht mal Luxus, heute sicher nicht mehr.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Der eigentliche Skandal d\u00fcrfte wohl f\u00fcr viele darin liegen, dass die H\u00e4ftlinge digitales TV schauen. Aber auch hier muss man relativieren. Offenbar hat man hier nur in die Zukunft geschaut. Fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter wird das analoge Signal abgeschaltet. Dann braucht man auch in der Strafanstalt eine Box. Eine zus\u00e4tzliche Box ist wohl in einer Strafanstalt keine gute Idee. So hat man sich f\u00fcr die Fernseher eine Digicard der Cablecom angeschafft, was nochmals zu 100 Franken Mehrkosten f\u00fchrt. Somit d\u00fcrften die Kosten pro Ger\u00e4t unter 500 Franken gelegen haben. Wie digitalfernsehen.de schreibt, handelt es sich nur um das Minipaket. Somit haben die H\u00e4ftlinge also eine Auswahl aus 55 Sendern und k\u00f6nnen HD Suisse sehen. Das ist doch kein Luxus. Zumal die Insassen offenbar pro Monat bis zu 30 Franken Miete f\u00fcr das Ger\u00e4t zahlen m\u00fcssen, es w\u00e4re also schnell finanziert. Ich nehme an, dass in jeder anderen Strafanstalt auch Fernseher zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen und diese m\u00fcssen auch ersetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Lenzburg hat sich also einfach f\u00fcr eine zukunftssichere Variante entschieden.
