Ein Bekannter von mir hat sich k\u00fcrzlich eine mediabox recorder bestellt. Installation und Betrieb gingen ohne Probleme \u00fcber die B\u00fchne.<\/p>\n<p>Nach ein paar Wochen mit der Box bekam er einen Anruf von der Cablecom. Man wollte wissen, ob die Box gut laufe und er zufrieden sei. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice. Es ist mir jetzt nicht bekannt, ob dieses Vorgehen bei allen Kunden gemacht wird oder es nur einen kleinen Teil betrifft.<\/p>\n<p>Man sieht durchaus Bem\u00fchungen, den immer wieder kritisierten Service zu verbessern. Wenn die Cablecom es schafft, diese Prozesse gut in den Bergriff zu kriegen, w\u00e4re das wirklich gut. In meinen Augen wird der Service ein immer wichtigeres Entscheidungsargument. Ich selbst kann mir zwar bei den meisten technischen Problemen selbst helfen, die grosse Mehrheit der Kunden sind aber nun mal keine Techniker.<\/p>\n<p>Ich selbst musste die Hotline schon lange nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Allerdings schrieb ich Anfangs Woche eine E-Mail wegen France 2. Da der Sender jetzt 16:9 sendet, bat ich die Cablecom, den Sender doch von einer digitalen Quellen einzuspeisen.
