Bekanntlich macht Twitter erst so richtig Spass, wenn man auf unterwegs twittern kann. Ich habe mich also auf die Suche nach einer Applikation f\u00fcr Windows Mobile gemacht.<\/p>\n

Zuerst habe ich TinyTwitter<\/a> verwendet. Diese Applikation gefiel mir eigentlich ganz gut, nur schien sie oft abzust\u00fcrzen. Man konnte sie dann nur durch einen Reboot des Ger\u00e4tes wieder starten.<\/p>\n

Als n\u00e4chstes entdeckte ich Twobile<\/a>. Diese Applikation schien stabil zu laufen und gen\u00fcgte meinen Anforderungen. So habe ich die Applikation intensiv genutzt und auch oft einen Reload durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Gegen Ende April habe ich dann mein Datenguthaben angerufen und gemerkt, dass ich nur noch 100 MB habe. Das war ungew\u00f6hnlich, verbrauche ich, inklusive Soft-Modem, jeweils nur so 500 MB pro Monat. Schnell hatte ich Twobile im Verdacht und habe nachgemessen.<\/p>\n

Tats\u00e4chlich: Einmal reloaden bringt etwa 250 KB Traffic. Bei einem kurzen Intervall kann dies nat\u00fcrlich schnell ins Auge gehen. Es kann nat\u00fcrlich sein, dass ich etwas falsch konfiguriert habe, trotzdem ist das doch ganz sch\u00f6n viel Traffic in meinen Augen. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass ich das WLAN mal deaktiviert hatte und so auch der Traffic daheim via Mobilfunk ging.<\/p>\n

Auf jeden Fall habe ich jetzt wieder TinyTwitter installiert, diese Version scheint stabiler zu laufen. Sonst gibt\u2019s ja auch noch das Mobile Frontend per Web.<\/p>\n
